7Fabs Cookie & Tracking Notice
1. What this notice covers
This notice explains how the 7Fabs website and customer portal use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. It supplements the Privacy Policy and the Analytics/Ads Tracking Disclosure. This notice is published only when a listed optional technology is actually enabled; the categories below marked "if enabled" are not in use unless the Analytics/Ads Tracking Disclosure confirms activation.

and similar pixels, used to measure ad performance and, where enabled, to build remarketing audiences. UTM parameters and Google Click ID (GCLID) may be captured and stored against a lead record.
during checkout; these are controlled by Stripe under its own terms.
3. Legal basis / consent mechanism
Strictly necessary cookies are used without consent because they are required for the Services to function. For analytics and advertising technologies, 7Fabs's current customer base is United States-only and below the applicability thresholds of state privacy laws that mandate opt-out of targeted advertising; 7Fabs therefore provides this disclosure plus the opt-out controls in Section 4, and does not operate an opt-in consent banner. If 7Fabs later directs advertising to, or measures users in, the EEA/UK, Google Consent Mode v2 and an opt-in consent banner will be implemented before those tags run, under a new version of this notice.
4. How to control cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the customer portal from functioning (e.g., you may not be able to stay logged in or complete an upload). Where a preferences control is implemented, you may change your choices at any time via the link in the site footer. You may also opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on, and opt out of interest-based Google advertising via Google Ads Settings.
5. Third parties
Cookie/tracking data may be shared with or set by: Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager) if enabled, Stripe (payment/fraud prevention), and our website hosting provider. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
6. Retention
Analytics event data retention is configured to fourteen (14) months (GA4 setting) unless a different period is recorded in a new version of this notice at activation. Cookie lifetimes are set by each provider.
7. Changes
Material changes will be reflected by a new controlled version per legal/README.md.
