1. Scope

This Policy describes how 7Fabs LLC ("7Fabs," "we," "us") collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you use our website, customer portal, quote-request tools, file-upload tools, or otherwise contact us.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide, including contact details (name, email, phone, business name, addresses), account details, project requests, uploaded design files, and communications. When a project requires payment, Stripe processes card information; we receive payment references and transaction information needed to administer the project — we do not receive or store full card numbers.

We also receive limited technical information that a web service normally needs to operate and protect itself, such as IP address, browser/device information, and request logs. We do not enable analytics or advertising tracking unless a separate controlled notice and any required consent mechanism are effective.

We use information to respond to requests, prepare and administer quotes and projects, communicate with you, protect the Services, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We share information only as needed with service providers supporting those purposes — currently Stripe (payments), Google Workspace/Drive (business operations and storage), shipping carriers (delivery), and our operations platform — and where required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell personal information, and we do not sell or share sensitive personal data.

4. Mobile information and SMS

7Fabs does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. If you enroll in the optional 7Fabs SMS program, the SMS Privacy Notice and SMS Terms also apply to that program.

5. Files and retention

Uploaded files are handled under the File Upload / Customer-Supplied File Terms. We keep other information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including applicable legal, accounting, or dispute-defense needs. File-retention timing is stated in the File Upload Terms.

6. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by emailing admin@7fabs.com. We will evaluate requests consistent with applicable law and may retain information where necessary for legal, accounting, security, or evidentiary purposes. Marketing messages, if enabled, will provide an unsubscribe or STOP method.

7. Do Not Track

Because we do not enable cross-site tracking, our website does not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals; there is currently nothing to opt out of. If tracking is ever enabled, the controlled Cookie & Tracking Notice will describe the controls available, and this statement will be updated.

8. Security and children

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we hold, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure. The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information; if we learn we have, we will delete it.

9. Changes and contact

We will publish a new controlled version before material changes take effect, with the new version number and effective date shown on this page. For a material change, we will also provide notice on the website or by email to active portal accounts.
